Transactions include production sharing contracts, joint venture operating agreements, farmout agreements, drilling and services contracts, sales of production - these transactions are conducted in a framework that includes law, economics and interpersonal skills. Delegates will develop an in-depth understanding of these transactions and participate in simulated transactions to highlight common issues and ways to address them.
Economic outcomes of the simulated transactions will be modelled and participants will also receive a video recording of their simulated transactions as well as tips on how to improve their own negotiation skills.
