This course is aimed at engineers who prepare a construction project and then go offshore to make it happen. It assembles all the calculations they are likely to need and explains the engineering behind them using examples. They should emerge able to do calculations that may be required during offshore installation works, knowing what codes and standards to use and having a comprehensive reference source in the form of course notes.
It is also of benefit to pipeline designers, project engineers, managers and graduates involved in pipeline construction and support, spool lifting design, construction safety and installation vessel design.
