Kazakhstan Stops Construction of Oil Refinery in Batumi

KAZAKHSTAN - Kazakhstan has ceased the construction of oil refineries in Batumi and Ceyhan seaports, Kairgeldy Kabuldin, the KazMunaiGas President, said at a news conference in Astana on December 18.
