There is a tight situation now for drilling rigs and oilfield country tubulars.This will cause major problems for further growth for oil and gas production abroad.It will take alot of time and money to solve the problem.Drilling rig contracts should be sighned for long term and oilfield tubulars should be purshased prior to starting any project.
