Why have the independents mostly taken advantage of the shale plays in USA.Most of the Top Brass of the majors should be asked why.I would like to know what there thinking. ExxonMobile for example should be the most active instead of you know who in Oklahoma that has only been in business less than 20 years or so.I hope Im not missing something that they know. Time will tell about their participation in shale plays in USA.
