With the good results due east of Sabine County,Texas in Louisiana as to the Haynesville Shale, this county is now very active as to leasing. Lessors are getting $5,000.00/acre plus and it gets higher every time I talk to someone. Maybe by next week youll see $20,000.00/acre or more.
