Sources say that Shelby County lessors being offered 7500 and up for leases.With this play being talked up as big as the Barnett Shale, they could even get higher before its over.Companies are trying to get all their acreage leased up in surrounding counties.These include Sabine,Harrison,Panola,Rusk,San Augustine,Marion,Cass,Gregg and Nacogdoches and Angelina.
