Position: Chief Geologist
Reporting to: Exploration Manager
The Chief Geologist will be working within the following key areas:
• Responsible for geology as a discipline
• Ensure that state of the art technology and methods are applied
• Responsible for establishing geological procedures and workflows
• Quality control
• Participation as geologist in projects
• Project leader for geological special projects
• Regional evaluation
• Consession Rounds
• Data room evaluation
Qualifications: The candidate should be technically focused and interested in hands on work with geological models. Enthusiastic, structured, analytical, individually strong person but also a team player
Experience: Relevant experience from NCS is a requirement
