Energy Talent (a division of ILC) is a new dynamic recruitment player specialising in the International Oil & Gas sector. This encompasses most areas of engineering, IT, Project Management and Project Services. Energy Talent provides both contract and permanent manpower solutions and is actively seeking a consultant that can help build the client portfolio in the EMEA region. With a cutting-edge database system, in-house knowledge of the industry and an energetic team, Energy Talent aims to become a major global supplier to the industry.
The Role:
Based in our central London office (Bloomsbury) this role is a challenging opportunity that covers both client and candidate engagement on a European/Global scale. You will source and develop new clients across the specified region as well as have the opportunity to inherit some key accounts. You will be focussed on a mixture of permanent and contract positions although candidates with an existing client portfolio may wish to focus just one area.
This role affords a very high level of autonomy so self-management, drive and maturity are key attributes you must bring to the table. This is a pure revenue generating position thus you will be targeted on personal financial achievements only. This is an opportunity to get in at the start of a rapidly growing company; therefore career progression will be swift.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate must have at least 1-2 years in front line recruiting for the Oil, Gas, renewable, construction, or engineering sectors.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

Salary:
£30-45k Basic, + OTE £25-35K 1st year, Laptop, Flexible Working, Training, Benefits.
