Our client, a leading exploration and production company in Queensland is seeking a Reservoir Engineer with coal seam gas/coalbed methane experience for a highly visible role within the organization. The focus of this major project is to develop the company’s reserves in order to supply domestic and international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a multibillion dollar LNG project.
Successful candidates will have:
Engineering or Post Graduate degree: Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical or other related majors accepted
5+ years including significant coal seam gas experience
Resource and reserves estimation and forecasting
Experience as a liaison with in-house and third party reserve estimators
Well modelling for estimating deliverability, history matching results
Input into well optimisation, stimulation
