A European leading technical engineering consultancy with a rapidly growing Renewable Energy division have openings for an experienced and qualified Renewable Energy Project Manager.
Responsibilities include the planning and management of the whole lifecycle of small to large scale renewable energy projects. This opportunity will suit individuals looking for variety in their day-to-day activities.
Now and then you will be working with their enthusiast multi-discipline project teams, and act as a line manager for a team of engineers and technicians of varying experience and providing managerial and technical support. For this role it is necessary that you are qualified to Degree level or above in Energy Engineering or related discipline. It would be advantageous to have recognised professional qualifications including membership of Energy Institute and/or other appropriate/relevant professional bodies.
Our client is looking for individuals with significant demonstrable experience within the renewable energy sector to include all aspects of the project lifecycle from pre-feasibility through to commissioning and handover. Have significant experience in design, contract and tender preparation, tender assessment, construction supervision and administration with regards to renewable energy projects ranging from multi-site installations to single site MW installations.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate successful project management of large multi-discipline of project management (including value and risk management).
