Senior Project Engineer With A Top Level Salary
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading ASX listed company based in Queensland Australia and take on an active role, as part of the Projects Development Group
The client is seeking an individual with the following background, skills and capabilities to deliver capital projects involving gas projects in Queensland Australia.
A Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering degree and some 10 years experience in the oil & gas industry involving project design, development and construction.
Solid experience that includes: conceptual and feasibility studies as well as development of gas field infrastructure such as: wellheads, gathering systems, flowlines, compression systems, water treatment systems & disposal, civil and electrical works.
Significant experience is required involving turnkey contracts, procurement, construction contractors and commissioning teams.
The individual would undertake:
A Technical leadership role involving front end / approvals / engineering / procurement / commissioning.
Manage the multi disciplined team to achieve project objectives whilst managing the approved budgets & costs.
Ensure schedules and key milestones are achieved whilst managing the project resources.
Ensure high level safety, environmental and compliance aspects are maintained.
