This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading ASX company based in Queensland Australia and take on an active role, as part of the Projects Development Group
The client is seeking an individual with the following background, skills and capabilities to deliver capital projects involving gas projects in Queensland.
An individual with a Mechanical Engineering degree or related discipline and some 10 years plus experience involving high pressure gas pipelines, compressor stations, metering facilities, pressure control facilities and pressure equipment.
A backgound in leadership, development, design, and construction roles relating to pipelines and associated facilities.
Significant experience involving turn key contracts, procurement, construction contractors and commissioning.
The individual would undertake:
A Technical leadership role involving front end / approvals / engineering / procurement / commissioning.
Manage the multi disciplined team to achieve project objectives whilst managing the approved budgets & costs.
Ensure schedules and key milestones are achieved whilst managing the project resources.
Ensure high level safety, environmental and compliance aspects are maintained.
