Our client is a global leading Recruitment company with an excellent reputation and brand name.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to head up the Oil & Gas Recruitment team based in Abu Dhabi. There is a team of 3 Consultants in place which will grow to 5 Consultants. The company is now looking to become a major player within the UAE Oil & Gas market. They already have a strong reputation within Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and others at the moment and are ready to grow.
This will be a hands on Billing Manager role and requires a strong leader with excellent Oil & Gas Recruitment experience and Technical knowledge. The successful applicant will be professional, very credible in front of clients, strong business developer and presentable.
ESSENTIALS
•2 years recent Oil & Gas Recruitment company experience – External Recruitment
•5 years + Recruitment experience
•Successful personal & team Billing record over the last 3 years
•Strong examples of Business Development Success
•Middle East Recruitment experience would be a bonus
