The post holder will be required to provide assistance in economic evaluation and valuation of oil and gas fields and prospects working with in the team:

Carry out economic and financial evaluation of investment proposals for petroleum exploration and exploitation with guidance from a senior member of staff.

Construct economic computer models for economic analysis of petroleum investment opportunities.

Assist in the maintenance of the facilities costings data base.

Carry out research on companies, countries and assets by use of the internet and other sources.

Provide administrative support to the Manager of the group in the preparation and delivery of major promotional projects, assist in the production and submission of commercial work submissions in the form of tenders and submissions.

In addition, the role will also include aspects of instructional training and development of new/existing members of the Petroleum Reservoir & Economics Group.
