This is an internationally renowned Oil and Gas consultancy company that is currently looking for a Petrophysicist for their Aberdeen office. This company has offices throughout the UK, as well as in Abu Dhabi, Kuala Lumpur, Australia and mainland Europe, and it is constantly expanding. The Role
This exciting role will see you working in a dynamic team, in which you will be mentored and coached in order to develop your skills to a very high level. With operations on an international basis, you will truly be able to have hands on experience, and have a very diverse career.
Your main responsibilities will include the petrophysical input to:
• Geological and Reservoir Simulation Models
• Reserve Estimates
• Field Development Planning
• New Ventures Development
Education and Experience
Those who will be considered suitable will be educated to MSc level in Petrophysics or a related discipline, and will have demonstrable knowledge of their chosen field. Ideal candidates will have had hands on experience working in Petrophysics and must be keen to develop their skills in a challenging environment. Successful candidates will be familiar working with the standard industry software, including Interactive Petrophysics, and they must have the right to work in the UK.
