Expat Reservoir Engineer - Moscow. Operator requires an experienced Reservoir Engineer to be based in Moscow. Main responsibilities include advising on major projects such as reservoir modelling, simulations, characterisation/optimisation of production.
Must have excellent analytical skills to produce historical reservoir performance data and well test interpretation - Maximise reservoir value, analyse reservoir production, recovery forecasts - Ensure compliance with appropriate standards.
candidates must be educated to E B.Eng / BSc level in Reservoir Engineering Degree and preferably with a post-graduate MSc / PhD. Experience of software packages such as ECLIPSE, VIP, STARS, SAPHIR, Prosper, MBal is essential.
Must be Fluent in English and have at least basic Russian language skills.
Minimum 10 years industry experience in a similar role with a good knowledge and understanding of other subsurface disciplines including G&G / Petroleum Engineering.
