POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Monitor daily drilling operations and perform quality assurance & quality control of the D&WO data. Create application to query data from different sources and in different formats. Highlight trends leading to a particular situation e.g. operational time, loss time, failures, etc.
Review reports across the organization for format standardization. Identify trends by analyzing cause and effect. Propose new resources that can add value to existing resources. Identify and take custody of the best practices so they can be published for customers. Analyze and maintain upper management dash board.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
B.S. Engineering or Management Information Systems and 10 years experience in drilling engineering and data management environments, ability to solve data or application problems, identify current shortfall in knowledge and build new sources of knowledge management.
Knowledgeable in Drilling and Workover applications, software, and ADHOC reporting skills.
