Full Details

• We are looking for someone who has 2+ years experience in Division order work, working with land records, titles and leases.
• Should have working knowledge of Revenue/ Land, Well system interfaces and Imaging.
• You will be participating in the analysis and set-up of partnership wells.
• You will be participating in acquisition and divestitures as well as special projects that are assigned throughout the year.
• You will be assisting and determining the division of interest as well as the timing and amount of royalties
• Will be monitoring well reports for geographic areas, working with supplemental Division Orders and Transfer orders, assisting in the preparation of various forms for disbursement of payments.
• You will be responsible for revising royalty interests and work interests based on assignments, deeds, judgments and decrees furnished by lessors or working interest owners.
• We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can talk to all levels of management including customers and vendors.
• Will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing the provisions of various Leases, Title opinions, Contract Deeds, Division Order and Probate and Assignments.
• Will be performing and assisting in determining the division of Interest, timing and amount of royalties.
