Manage the full range of well and plant operations (200 mmscfd, 5000 bopd, 2700 bpd of ngl´s), including production, injection, workovers, facility upgrades, maintenance, administration, and purchasing; coordinate and/or directly handle, as needed, the appropriate company interaction with state and local authorities, unions, neighboring companies, pipeline operators, landowners, charitable organizations, and indigenous peoples; directly supervise a staff of 8 superintendents (production, maintenance, administration, EH&S, purchasing, construction), and indirectly manage a staff of 500.

A minimum of 20 years industry experience, including extensive field experience in both well and plant operations (preferably gas plants), including a minimum of five to seven years with supervisory responsibility for multiple operating units (e.g., District Manager level); demonstrated ability to build successful working relationships internal and external to the company, as needed; experience living and working in a remote location highly desirable; must be fully bi-lingual (Spanish-English).
