They are looking to appoint a high calibre and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer in Abu Dhabi, UAE to lead them through a period of tremendous expansion, growth and new opportunities. The C.E.O will be responsible for full P&L responsibility, drive the business through a strong focus on marketing and sales and execution of strategic plans across all business areas by ensuring full potential of product and future growth is achieved.
You will need a successful track record of leadership at strategic level within an Oil and Gas, E & P industry with a particular emphasis on drilling and work over operations, preferably in the Middle East. You must have outstanding communication, influencing and negotiating skills and a high level on financial and technology awareness. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Petroleum or Drilling Engineering, but not mandatory. You must have a minimum of 10 years practical experience in Oil and Gas or E&P. You must have track record of generating and improving Oil & Gas revenues preferably in the Gulf region.
