This is a 700 acre development well lease that is expected to make minimally 1.3 million barrels of oil and up to 3 million barrels.
This is extremely low risk since drilling is next to a well that came in at 142 barrels per day and produced 105,000 barrels of oil. The next well is expected to do better both in daily production and recoverable reserves.
Two untested prospective zones were not perforated and believed to produce oil with potential to increase production to 300 barrels per day plus.
Cost to drill, test and put on production is 1.5 million (6500 feet) with additional behind pipe potential reserves not included above. Cost for lease and ready to drill $ 225,000.00 with a 100% transfer. Estimated cost to drill and put well on production (6500 feet) 1.0 million dollars plus completion costs.
This is a DEVELOPMENTAL WELL. Cost to drill estimated at 1.0 million dollars.
