We are a mergers & acquisition advisory boutique in Romania. The reason we contact you is that there is special situation opportunity to acquire the assets of a specialised, light paraffin crude oil refinery (currently based in Romania, but can be moved anywhere in the world), originally designed to process approximately 8,000 barrels per day. The end products include M, P, DMB, DMA, IFO types of fuel, as well as oils, solvents, spirits, paraffin etc. The selling price will be very attractive.
