This is a 16,000 acre project developed by a team of geologists involving gravity, magnetics, electro-tellurics, geochemistry, satellite remote sensing, surface mapping etc.
This prospect has potentially 50,000,000 to one billion recoverable barrels of oil. The leases have approximately three years remaining and can be acquired for 3.2 million dollars.
The net revenue interest is 70% with 100% working interest to be transferred.
Estimated flow rates to exceed 3000 barrels per day. Cost to purchase geology and leases leases 3.2 million dollars and commitment to drill two wells in 2008-2009 at an estimated cost of $4 million dollars each.
Similar structures to Railroad Valley/Grant Canyon Nevada on likely rich carbonate platforms, where two wells flowed every day for four years with no decline at over 3000 barrels per day (each well averaged together) and recovered 22 million barrels of oil from less than 4400 feet on 350 acres.
Some of the richest source rock in the world other than Iran and Saudi Arabria lies in this area thousands of feet or rich organic source rock.
