Gravity, Magnetics, Satellite Remote Sensing, prior geochem, condonot/vitranite thermal studies completed. An estimated eight oil fields exist on the property each exceeding 20 to 60 million barrels each. Source rock is some of the thickest and richest in the U.S. with organic content of 31%, porosities up to 35% and gravity of oil up to 39 degrees with low sulfur content. Estimated flow rates should exceed 3-5000 barrels per day similar to Grant Canyon/Railroad Valley wells. 100% Working Interest Transfer to LLC or Operating Company. Large thrust under acreage estimated to contained 2 plus billion barrels of oil. This is a world class giant prospect. This is one of American’s untapped giant oil fields. Total initial budget including lease costs, drilling, testing and put on production two wells is approximately 7.5 million dollars. There can be no question of high gravity oil being in the rock formations at White River Valley as the data is conclusive for oil generation.
