I purchase the mineral in a 59 acre tract lease held by cabit oil company in The JJ Hennis Survey A-139. This is a very large survey and i have not run title in this survey to see how much interest i own. This is located at Shelby county and San Augustine west. There is very good offset wells doing mmcf by Hunt oil company. This is a great opportunity for some company to take . This is the first time i have offer this to the public.
