Few years have passed since the Iraq hydrocarbon market emerged to take an active role in the global energy market; growing fast with many different types of technical and logistical challenges but rewarding fruit. Our first Iraq SPE workshop is aiming to bridge the gap between the present and the future by addressing vital and critical components, technologies, challenges, practices, and ventures for safe and productive results.The workshop is designed to present best-practices and to share knowledge and experience between the participating professionals on different topics; covering surface and subsurface challenges, targeting and attracting the multidiscipline of Iraq oil and gas population. The national and international oil and service providers, engineering and consultation firms and corporations participating in this event shall enrich the workshop’s exposure and prospective.The structure is concentrating on major industry development concerns which Iraq may utilise in the short/mid term such as reservoir engineering, production enhancement, fluid's chemical treatment and injection.
