David Fleming to lead development in the CIS region

Hermes Datacomms has announced the appointment of David Fleming as Regional Director for CIS, covering in particular operations in Russia, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan."I am delighted to join Hermes Datacomms to take up this exciting and challenging post and to be part of such an enthusiastic team at Hermes with their proven track record for providing reliable and efficient comms solutions to the oil and gas industry. I have worked around the world with my career and in particular the CIS region. I started working in the CIS over 10 years ago and I have always watched with interest at the development of each of these countries. I aim to work with the existing teams in these areas to develop sales strategies and to strengthen Hermes market share within these regions".

David will be responsible for facilitating the teams in the above regions to develop strategy in sales development in their regional business and to coordinate their objectives with the rest of Hermes international in particular the U.S.A. and the U.K.

David has worked in the oil and gas industry for 12 years. He brings with him a wealth of experience from within the industry and business development. Prior to joining the company, David worked has worked in Strategy and Sales for BP and has held other sales/business development roles for international Oilfield Service Companies.
