Consilience's constantly evolving Foundation Emissions Training Courses are keeping up with events, with changes in legislation and with custom and practice in the market place.
The international emissions trading market continues to suffer from uncertainty. There is still a lack of consensus at the highest political level to agree post-2012 commitments, and to provide a solid regulatory framework with which to manage the future of global emissions.
