In 2012, SPE will deliver an Empowering Women’s Leadership in Engineering Conference, which is dedicated to female oil and gas professionals who have challenged the status quo in this industry. This conference is driven to help attendees understand how to redefine their leadership styles and make it their own.The Empowering Women’s Leadership in Engineering Conference is the first of its kind. SPE has organised women workshops in previous years that attracted a number of attendees, including oil and gas engineers, alumni and professionals from the academia, human resource and PR professionals, trainers among others across the Middle East and internationally.Moreover, worldwide female leaders in the industry will attend the upcoming Empowering Women’s Leadership in Engineering Conference to inspire, motivate and encourage its attendees to achieve their career goals.
