The profile of Robert Gordon University, together with commercial arm Univation Ltd, was prominent at the recent Getenergy event held in Bahrain on 16th and 17th November.
Univation’s representative, Proclad Academy, based in Dubai, UAE, took a stand at the two-day event, showcasing Univation and the University’s capabilities.
The purpose of Getenergy events is to link international education and training providers with government and oil and gas industry training professionals on a region by region basis.
Stuart Rennie, Univation Sales Manager, led a very successful discussion forum on the first day on International Good Practice and Innovation in Education and Training, attended by training managers from a number of key oil and gas companies including Saudi Aramco.
In his speech at the opening ceremony Lord Digby Jones, UK Business Ambassador, welcomed the presence of Robert Gordon University at the event, giving invaluable visibility to the University name.
