PEEX Membership Grows; Energy Sector Personnel Functions Learning From Each Other

Membership of PEEX continues to grow. Representatives from most of the Personnel functions in the major energy companies have declared an interest in learning from each other, obtaining practical knowledge and insights, and to witness what others are doing to address the issues which all Energy Sector Personnel functions face.

We have had an excellent start and we are now looking for everyone to submit their case studies of HR related activites which have worked for them. These case studies will be shared with PEEX members via our online portal. Submissions can be made to peex@macrolearn.co.uk Your case studies and /or experiences can be very small or very large.

We are looking for members to submit questions on what they would like to know. We can then distribute the question around PEEX members and build up a knowledge bank.

We are also looking to have our first workshop in Aberdeen. We would be happy to have companies sponsor the activity and any guest speakers are welcome. We don't have a topic yet and we are open to suggestion. Please lend as much support as you can for this innovate method of sharing and developing Personnel knowledge within the Energy sector.
