Toreador Resources Corporation announces the following management changes. On June 27, 2008, Michael FitzGerald, Executive Vice President - Exploration and Production for Toreador, resigned his employment. On June 27, 2008, Edward Ramirez, Senior Vice President - Exploration and Production for Toreador, resigned to pursue other interests. Toreador and Mr. Ramirez entered into a Separation Agreement and Release.
Regional management will now report directly to Nigel Lovett, Toreador's CEO and President. John Gilboux has been promoted to Vice President of Exploration and will report to Mr. Lovett.
