Tap Oil Limited advises that Mr Paul Underwood has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the company.
Mr Underwood was one of the company’s founding directors at the time of Tap’s listing on the ASX in 1996. He was Tap’s CEO and Managing Director until the end 2007. In that period, Mr Underwood oversaw the company’s float, subsequent growth and more recent diversification in its geographic focus and has made a major contribution to the company.
The Board would like to extend its gratitude to Mr Underwood for his long service as a director of Tap and for his lasting legacy. We wish him the very best in his future endeavours.
