Taghmen Energy Plc, an independent oil and gas exploration, development and production company, focused on Latin America and which listed on AIM in January 2005, is pleased to announce that all necessary filings and approvals have been granted relating to the change in name of the Company. With effect from 24th July 2006, the Company has changed its name to PetroLatina Energy Plc and will trade on AIM under that name using the ticker symbol “PELE”.
