TG World Energy Corp. announces that effective August 31, 2008, Mr. George Chelico has retired and is no longer acting as the Chief Financial Officer (”CFO”) of the Company. Mr. Chelico served as the CFO of TG World since March 14, 2007, and was involved with the Company prior to this date in varying capacities. TG World is currently seeking an individual to act as a full-time Controller to fulfill the Company’s financial reporting obligations.
