Strike Oil Limited announces the appointment of Mr Tim Clifton BSc (Hons) BJuris LLB FAUSIMM as a non-executive director of the company.
Mr Clifton has a long association with the company having held the position of non-executive chairman of Strike Oil Limited prior to its listing in June 2004 and is currently a substantial shareholder of the company.
Mr Clifton has over 40 years mining and corporate experience as a geologist and director of companies. He was the managing director of Perilya Limited and is currently non-executive chairman of Uranium Equities Limited.
Mr Clifton’s experience in the resources industry and in particular in the development of junior resource companies will be beneficial to Strike Oil Limited as the company develops its prospective USA and Australian interests.
