Penn Virginia Corporation has announced that, effective as of March 26, 2009, Steven W. Krablin has resigned from its Board of Directors. Mr. Krablin had been a director since December 2004.
Earlier this week, Mr. Krablin was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of T-3 Energy Services, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTES) and the time commitments related to those new positions necessitated his resignation from the PVA board.
