Otto Energy announces the appointment of Mr John Jetter as a nonexecutive Director of the Company.
Mr Jetter has extensive international finance and M&A experience being the former Managing Director, CEO and head of investment banking of JPMorgan in Germany and Austria. Mr Jetter has held various senior positions with JP Morgan throughout Europe, during which time he focused his attention of major corporate clients and advised on some of Europe’s largest corporate transactions.
Otto Energy has ambitions to grow to a substantial company with an international portfolio of assets and international institutional shareholder base. The financial contacts and international business experience Mr Jetter brings to the board of Otto, compliments the current boards skill set and will add value as the Company moves through its next growth phase, to international recognition.
Mr Jetter remains a Board member of JP Morgan AG, Germany and a member of the European Advisory Council, JP Morgan London. He also hold a number of other board positions including Chairman of the Board of Rodenstock AG, Germany, Deputy Chairman of the Board of European Business School and Chairman of the Finance Facility, Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.
Mr Jetter is currently based between Europe and Australia and has a wide network of global financial contacts.
Before joining JPMorgan in 1992, Mr Jetter spent 12 years with CRA Limited, an Australian mining, manufacturing and natural resources development company, in a variety of senior management roles, in particular focused on M&A activities.
Mr Jetter is a solicitor and barrister, Supreme Court of Victoria and member of the Australia Law Society and Law Institute of Victoria.
