As a complementary procedure to the Fourth Bid Round Session of Bid Openings, where results were announced on 9th December and which resulted in two single bids offered by Occidental and RWE, and in accordance with the applicable Bidding procedures regarding single bids, NOC’s Management Committee held a meeting on 12th December 2007, where the mentioned bids presented by Oxy and RWE were opened in the presence of the legal representatives of both companies.
After discussion, the Management Committee of NOC decided to approve them as follows:
