Accordingly, the Company confirms that it has completed the placing of 23,327,714 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company (ÒOrdinary SharesÓ) at a price of 7 pence per Ordinary Share, as announced on 25 January 2012.
The new Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM and the ASX tomorrow and the total number of issued Ordinary Shares is now 297,865,616.
