Frontier Energy Corporation announces the appointment of Mr. Richard Shykora as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Shykora will be responsible for defining the company's vision and overseeing strategic direction and new placement of management for Frontier Energy.
Former CEO Bob Genesi comments, "Due to health reasons I have stepped down as CEO, although having worked with Mr. Shykora for the last two years I am very confident that he will place the integrity of the corporation and best interest of the shareholders first and foremost."
