Bow Valley Energy Ltd. announces that Matthew L. Janisch, Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer, has tendered his resignation, effective immediately. Until his replacement is appointed, Mr Janisch's duties will be assumed by the President and Chief Executive Officer and other members of management with the continued oversight by the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee.
