Black Rock Oil & Gas plc, the UK-based exploration company, announces that it has today appointed Dr John Cubitt as Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect. Dr John Cubitt is currently the Company's technical director and a director of the Company and has been involved in oil and gas production for more than 26 years. Dr John Cubitt is a registered Chartered Geologist (CGeol) and has a BSc and PhD in geology.
The Company also announces that Ivan Burgess has today resigned as Managing Director and as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
