11th round Ecuador 2012 - Ronda Suroriente Ecuador - Second deadline extension

The Hydrocarbon Bidding Committee (Comité de Licitación Hidrocarburífera - COLH) announced the second extension of the bidding deadline for the Ronda Suroriente Ecuador. The original deadline to submit offers was 30 May 2013. In April the deadline was extended to 16 July 2013 however, COLH recently made a new announcement extending the deadline further to 28 November 2013.
