I currently work as a Process Engineer for the Royal Canadian Mint (both for the precious metal refinery and the collector's coin production). I acquire not only the proper complex problem solving skill set but the trust and loyalty of the internal clients and employees on the floor. I have become proficient in communicating ideas and listening to internal clients, operations, and higher management for effective implementations of continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring robust processes are in place. My business acumen mixed in with my engineering technical background have exceptionally aided me in leading, developing, and supporting design projects to increase product quality and throughput throughout the plant. Project management with strict deadlines and consistent overtime as become second nature to me.
