Company: Royal Canadian Mint

I currently work as a Process Engineer for the Royal Canadian Mint. I acquire not only the proper complex problem solving skill set but the trust and loyalty of the internal clients and employees on the floor. I have become proficient in communicating ideas and listening to internal clients, operations, and higher management for effective implementations of continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring robust processes are in place. My business acumen mixed in with my engineering technical background have exceptionally aided me in leading teams, developing projects, and managing cross-functional groups to increase product quality and throughput throughout the plant. Project management skills with strict deadlines has become second nature to me.
