Summary Having an Industrial Engineering background mixed with my education and experience gives me a skillful blend between engineering and business. The engineering aspect consists of design drawings, engineering thinking, problem solving, and effective solutions. The business side of my background gives me the advantage of having the analysis of data & trends of databases, statistical analysis, creating efficient processes, experience with lean flow production system, ergonomics, inventory control, simulation, logistics, and supply chain knowledge and experience. This mélange of experiences within my field of work, helped me attained a hands-on experience with people, parts, and machines. What I generally mean by this, is essentially working professionally with a unionized and non-unionized workforce for the greater good of the company by producing training packages to increase production flow, scheduling and presenting training material within the corporation hierarchy, having a critical eye with analysis of trends, very detailed oriented, dealt well with procurement on parts and inventory, and having a good sense of sales acumen.
