GeoPetro's recoverable proved plus probable reserve quantities as of December 31, 2007 net of royalties are 36.0 billion cubic feet of natural gas of which eighty percent are categorized as proved and the remainder categorized as probable. Future net revenues before income taxes, discounted at 10%, for proved and probable gas reserves using forecasted prices are estimated to be US$109.5 million.
