Victoria Petroleum Announces Resignation of Director

Victoria Petroleum N.L. wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Bernard Wrixon as a director of the Company, due to personal reasons.

Mr Wrixon was appointed as a non-executive director of Victoria Petroleum N.L. in 2000 and has since made a significant contribution to the Company.

The Board of Victoria Petroleum N.L. acknowledges and thanks Mr Wrixon for his fine efforts and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
