Sibir Energy Re-appoints Stuard Detmer as CEO

At the request of JSC Gazprom Neft, the Board of the Company has re-appointed Stuard Detmer to the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company pending discussions between the major shareholders of the Company. Igor M. Tsibelman has been appointed to the position of First Deputy CEO to ensure seamless transition of the management of the Company. Both appointments will take place with immediate effect.
