PAA Natural Gas Storage Appoints Richard McGee Vice President

PAA Natural Gas Storage, LLC (PNGS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE:PAA), announced today that Richard McGee has joined PNGS as a Vice President with responsibility for the management of PNGS’ acquisition efforts, business development opportunities, special projects and legal matters, effective September 15, 2009.

Prior to joining PNGS, Mr. McGee served Duke Energy Corporation for over 10 years, most recently as President of Duke Energy International and previously as General Counsel of Duke Energy Services. Prior to joining Duke Energy, Mr. McGee was a partner with the law firm of Vinson & Elkins L.L.P. where he worked for over 12 years.

PAA Natural Gas Storage, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of PAA, currently owns and operates approximately 40 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of natural gas storage capacity in Michigan and Louisiana, with approximately 10 Bcf of additional capacity currently under construction.
